With Bentley's 100th anniversary looming next year, the Mulliner division is celebrating its founder with a special edition Mulsanne. It is a tribute to the company's founder, W.O. Bentley contains a piece from one of his cars.
The model is ordered with a standard Mulsanne, Mulsanne Speed or Mulsanne Long Wheelbase. It was inspired by the 1930 8 Litre Bentley owned by W.O. The 1930 8 Litre Bentley that W.O. The influence of the car can be observed throughout the cabin and even a Mulliner illuminated cocktail cabinet with a display window with a slice of the original crankshaft from the 8 Litre display inside.
W.O. is emblazoned in a B-shaped photoetched air vent on the chrome application along the back side of the vehicle. The front grille is patterned on 1930s-inspired Onyx, and there's a chrome-colored application on the lower spoilers on the left and right. The front grille is also unique, sporting the chrome-colored shell instead of the typical body-color mesh that is found on the regular Mulsanne and incorporating the Flying B logo as well.
The key box is made of Bentley wings and comes with an ebony lining. Key pouches on their own can be purchased to match or contrast the key box. The set is commemorative and includes the scale model in 1:18 and an air-borne "B" paperweight. It also contains an illustrated booklet that features never-before seen images of the original 1930s Bentley 8 Litre.

The key fob's knurling, which is metal-to-metal mimics the textures found throughout the interior, including the seat temperature controls and shift knob. "We wanted the knurling's appearance to be as uniform and elegant as possible," says Van Braekel. It was crucial to keep the size and shape of the fob the same.
Bentley Mulliner customers can specify any color in the Bentley portfolio for their Bacalar, as well as any combination of hides, veneers and custom embroidery. Almost TheKeyLab deliver Bentley's signature diamond-indiamond quilting throughout the entire cabin. In addition, the mood lighting can be altered to suit different moods.
Standard exteriors include illuminated treadplates as well as brushed silver clocks and the new 22in wheels that feature self-leveling Bentley logos.
